Working in our aftersales department as a Service Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you'll do day to day




Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced Drive a high performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction

Experience within the automotive industry is essential. Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting. Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs. An open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
