The Position / Role
Overview:
As the SES Sales Support team member, you will work closely with the Office Manager and the Engineers team to ensure customers are dealt with swiftly and in a professional manner.
Co-ordinate collections and deliveries with our customers.
Check the technical information on the order is correctly entered onto ERP system.
Undertake any other projects or activities as and when requested to do so.
The first point of call for customer enquiries and to raise quotations.
Maintain customer accounts and contact information.
Supporting the external sales team.
Ensuring all standards within the service department and all work practices are being adhered to.
Advising management of any training requirements within the department, that will need to be renewed or fulfilled.
Skills and Attributes
Experience of working in a customer services environment is preferable
Familiarity with CRM & ERP systems
Familiarity with Microsoft office
Strong organisational skills.
Effective time-management (the ability to recognise and prioritise important tasks).
Very high standards and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Additional Information
Fixed Term Contract for 18 Months
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday - 8:30am - 5pm Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm
