Role Description
This is an exciting time to join the shopper team at Princes. With a broad range of iconic brands within various Categories you will have the chance to drive impact into our Shopper plans and grow our Princes portfolio. The Shopper Marketing Manager will support the planning, development and own delivery of the shopper marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager, the role will translate the brand strategy into shopper campaigns and bring them to life in store across key Customers and channels focusing predominately on Mult Grocers, Convenience and Wholesale ensuring they are best in class ahead of our Competitors.
Principal Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to build the annual customer calendar and translating the brand plans into true best in class through the line shopper marketing plans
Developing plans that deliver best ROI for Princes and customers
Lead in evaluation of key campaigns demonstrating uplift in brand performance to fuel learning into how we invest in Shopper Marketing and key touchpoints within our Customer
Lead the creation of Shopper Marketing toolkits so we have an aligned POS plan for our branded campaigns
End to end responsibility of POS processes including Shippers
Support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager in go to market plans for NPD & EPD
Manage relationships internally with brand teams and externally with Customers
Manage and execute shopper marketing calendars, collaborating closely with brand marketing, category and sales teams
Support Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to build internal understanding with key Princes teams to educate the role of Shopper Marketing within the business
Role Requirements
About You - Experience & Skillset:
The job holder will have 1-3 years minimum experience working within shopper marketing on FMCG categories or closely within Grocery channels.
Proven project management skills
You are passionate about brands and shopper marketing with emphasis of driving performance of brands in Customers
Experience of working cross functionally so being a team player is crucial
Some knowledge and understanding of shopper insight and category data
Some knowledge of digital, social and e-commerce channels.
Passionate about continually learning and developing with an ambitious mindset
