Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist guests with menu selections, including upselling specials and promotions. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, responding to requests or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills for effective guest interaction and teamwork. A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
