from the Hakata district of Fukuoka city on the southern island of Kyushu, Japan.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that they receive attentive and friendly service throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and requests simultaneously. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a serving role. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
