Showroom Sales Advisor

to help drive that growth.

Based in our Birmingham showroom, you'll be the face of our business -- guiding customers through bathroom choices, building trust, and helping them create the homes they dream of.

This isn't just about sales -- it's about service, attention to detail, and being part of a team that genuinely cares.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers with expert product advice Hitting individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling Taking ownership of customer enquiries and seeing them through to resolution Keeping the showroom floor pristine and displays visually strong Encouraging online reviews to support our growing digital reputation Supporting new promotions, events and seasonal displays Being a key team player -- sharing insight and energy every day
What We're Looking For:

Confident communicator who knows how to build rapport Sales-focused mindset with a proven track record (or serious potential!) Organised, tidy, and proud of your work environment Quick learner who's willing to get to grips with our product range Someone who thrives in a target-driven, customer-first retail environment You value honesty, teamwork, and want to be part of a growing business

Consistently meets or beats monthly sales targets Gets glowing customer feedback and 5-star reviews Maintains 95%+ standards for showroom presentation Helps create a positive, professional atmosphere on the floor
