About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Signage Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end manufacture of signage within our busy workshop. You will manage people, processes, and timelines to ensure work is delivered safely, accurately, and on time for installation. This is a key role for someone with strong technical knowledge of signage production and proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workflow across fabrication, print, finishing and dispatch
Lead, mentor and support the production team to achieve targets
Allocate resources and schedule jobs in line with project deadlines
Oversee quality control, safety and compliance in the workshop
Liaise with project managers, designers and installers to ensure smooth delivery
Monitor stock levels, order materials and control waste
Troubleshoot production or technical issues and improve processes
Maintain machinery and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
About You
Proven experience in signage manufacturing / large format print production
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent planning, problem-solving and communication ability
Sound understanding of materials (ACM, acrylic, vinyls etc.) and machinery
Able to read technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
Committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement
Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines efficientl
