OUR RESTAURANT MANAGERS
You'll be well
seasoned
in
hospitality
;
dynamic
across all sections of the
floor
and
bar
and able to deliver
exceptional service
with a
smile
on your face.
We set aside time each Monday for our managers to finalise their previous week. Then you'll have a check in with our Head Office team and be accountable for your site's performance. We'll always give you the opportunity to raise any developmental ideas you have too. Then it's on to making plans for your upcoming weeks!

labour
performance - you'll be given a budget for each quarter to hit for your sales and labour, then it's managing it day-to-day.
Your site's
cost of goods
- managing your site's stocks using our dedicated stock management system.

team

- can you build, develop and maintain a small team?
Your site's
service quality
- we've got to be WOW'ing our guests - it's your responsibility to keep you and your team delivering them WOW moments and keep our guests coming back!

cleanliness

atmosphere
- it's your site and we want you to take real

in showing it off!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To apply for this role we'll expect you to have already perfected your craft across many years within hospitality. We'd expect you to have good knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits; capable of running a full section and be no stranger to dealing with challenging situations.
We'd expect you to be experienced with all aspects of recruitment, comfortable with back office systems, familiar with working with delivery tablets and at ease doing a stock count.
Any candidates who've been involved with new openings before will be favoured, but this is not a deal breaker!
