About the Post





We are looking to appoint a Site Caretaker to assist the Site Manager to carry out a full range of duties across

both

schools, to provide a high standard of cleanliness, general security, maintenance and compliance of school premises, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.





Stourfield Infant and Junior Schools are large community schools. Stourfield Infant School operates with Year R to Year 2 and Stourfield Junior School Year 3 to Year 6.



Our aim is that all the children at our schools grow into responsible, caring members of society who are confident, independent, lifelong learners. We are both tremendously nurturing and inclusive schools and believe that pupil performance and well-being go hand in hand.

Assist in managing and maintaining the cleanliness, good repair and security of our buildings and grounds to ensure a clean and safe learning and working environment. Comply with the requirements of Health and Safety at Work regulations, and keep records Support the school in making a significant positive difference to the lives of our students Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
