Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Site Manager to take the helm. In this role, you will lead the team, manage operations and help grow the profile and profitability of the site. If you have a passion for great food and drink and thrive in a busy hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties
Overseeing and delivering daily operations ensuring a high level of customer experience.
Training new employees on service, product knowledge and general duties.
Managing inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Setting staff rota.
Planning, organising and running events, including group tasting sessions.
Posting on social media.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with license regulations and maintaining site operation and cleanliness.
Recording and reviewing weekly P&L.
Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Skills
Proven experience at management level.
Strong knowledge of and enthusiasm for craft beer.
Passion for delivering excellent food service and understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership skills to guide staff effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as alone and also being able to take initiative.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with both staff and customers.
A passion for helping others succeed in their roles.
A keen interest and ability in creating social media posts.
