Are you passionate about New Homes and seeking your next opportunity?


Our New Homes team are looking to hire a Site Sales Representative for our new homes site based in Botesdale, Suffolk, supporting our client, Bennett Homes.


You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the sales office and development including the required administration and sales process.


This is a fairly stand-alone role, so previous New Homes experience is essential. This will ideally be working 4 or 5 days a week (including across the weekend) with working hours from 10am-5pm, however we will also consider other part time options.


This position will be working on a fixed term contract initially until the end of December 2026 , although may be extended to complete the project.

What you'll be doing



Meeting and greeting all visitors to the Marketing Suite. Dealing with clients and applicants on the telephone and face-to-face. Dealing with all requests for property details. Arranging and undertaking viewings with applicants. Negotiating sales with purchasers whilst seeing sales through to completion - liaising with the client as required. Ensuring all viewing arrangement details are kept up-to-date, and property files stocked with sets of sales particulars. Carrying out local market research in relation to local competition - this could include visits to local competing new homes sites. Carrying out telephone calls to competing sites. Producing detailed monthly reports to Head of New Homes on pro-forma's provided. Assisting/overseeing (depending on experience) the property sales and progress. Completing weekly sales reports summarising activity.

About You



Previous New Homes sales experience and knowledge is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills - a competent communicator with individuals across all levels. Understanding of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel & OneNote. Familiarisation with internal databases. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deal with a varied, ever-changing workload. Ability to work proactively and under own initiative. A personal vehicle and driving licence is required.
