Skilled Bread Baker
Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced and skilled bread baker and confectioner to join our night bread bakery team. The successful applicant must have at least 3 years relevant baking experience working in either a craft bakery, plant bakery or supermarket and be able to hand mould, mix doughs from scratch and operate large commercial deck and rack ovens.
Working either 5 nights (42 hours) or preferably 6 nights (48 hours) per week - Sunday night through to Friday night. There are no Saturday night shifts as our shops are closed on Sundays.

Pay: 40,500.00-42,000.00 per year
