About the Role

As a Skin Specialist, you will be at the forefront of client care, guiding each individual through their skin journey. Your role will involve:

Welcoming and consulting with clients to understand their skin goals.

Using our

AI Skin Analyser

to assess skin type and condition with precision.

Designing bespoke treatment plans tailored to each client, including homecare routines with the medical grade products we retail.

Performing advanced skin treatments such as

chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and results-driven facials

.

Building lasting relationships with clients through expert knowledge, trust, and outstanding care.

What We're Looking For

Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Qualification

.

Proven experience in delivering advanced, results-driven skin treatments.

Strong knowledge of professional skincare products and treatment protocols (product-specific in-house training will be provided).

A confident, client-focused professional who is approachable, passionate, and driven by results.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and inspire clients on their skin journey.

Proven sales and client retention record.
