We're looking for an agile and exceptional Social Content Creator who lives and breathes social - you will know the platforms, the formats, the trends. You'll be the ideas person and the creator--bringing campaigns and always-on content to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. From spotting the next trend to viral videos, you'll thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of social, working across multiple brands and sectors. You'll be excited by variety and quick to deliver the right content under pressure.

Main Responsibilities





Conceptualise, design, shoot, and edit social-first content for client campaigns and always-on moments. Attend presentations and present to clients. React quickly to platform and cultural trends with smart, engaging content. Collaborate with account managers, creatives and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Create and adapt content that feels native to the platform while staying on-brand for clients. Capture and edit live, in the moment content at shoots events and activations. Contribute fresh, proactive ideas in brainstorms and client sessions. Use data and insights to adjust and optimise content performance.

Key Skills & Characteristics required



Hands-on experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Strong portfolio showcasing scale-up D2C brands including paid media, and traditional marketing preferably in a creative agency setting. Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Capcut, After Effects) and design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma). High level of detail and accuracy. Natural eye for storytelling, trends and visuals that stop the scroll. Ability to understand and interpret clients' requirements instantly. Ability to work to meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds on projects. Comfortable balancing multiple clients, briefs and deadlines in a busy agency environment. Enjoys working autonomously and in collaboration with others. Confident, with the ability to voice and share ideas. Ability to use initiative to manage workload. Open to feedback and desire to be challenged. Self motivated and ambitious. Bonus: experience being on-camera or directing talent.
