creative, strategic, and hands-on Content and Communications Manager
to lead the charge on all things content, social media, and brand storytelling at Poolhouse.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across channels - from Instagram and TikTok to email newsletters, web, and press. As the voice of the brand, you'll shape how we show up in the world - spotting trends, starting conversations, and building an engaged, loyal following.
This is a high-impact, highly creative role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and knows how to turn culture, community, and great stories into brand buzz.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and lead our
content and social media strategy
from concept to execution
Manage day-to-day content across
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Create or commission
high-quality, on-brand content
- including video, photography, copy, and graphics
Collaborate with
designers, photographers, and videographers
to bring campaigns and moments to life
Monitor performance metrics and optimise content for engagement and reach
Build and manage our online community - sparking conversations, responding to messages, and building relationships
Work closely with the wider team to align content with
marketing, brand, and commercial goals
Build relationships with
influencers, press, and brand partners
to generate awareness and buzz
Keep your finger on the pulse of cultural, digital, and industry trends - and help us stay ahead of them
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in
content, social media, or brand communications
Strong understanding of
platform best practices
and content performance (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Confident
content creator
with a keen eye for design and a feel for tone and timing
Excellent
copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Experience working with
creative collaborators
and managing content production
Organised, proactive, and self-led - able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A team player who thrives on collaboration and feedback
Bonus: relationships with influencers or press, or experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or youth brands
