What You'll Be Doing



Managing and executing day-to-day organic social strategies across multiple client accounts. Creating, updating and scheduling content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Writing engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of clients across multiple industries. Using basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to create content for various social media platforms. Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and paid media specialists to deliver performance-driven content. Engaging with communities, spotting trends, and being reactive to opportunities. Monitoring key metrics and creating regular performance reports. Managing multiple client accounts with a clear head and keen eye for detail.

What We're Looking For



2+ years experience

managing multiple social media accounts across different industries (agency experience a huge plus). A confident, proactive individual who can hit the ground running. Strong copywriting skills - you know how to write for different tones of voice and platform formats. Basic design experience (we're not looking for a full-time designer, but you know how to make content look good). Highly organised with excellent time and task management skills. Detail-oriented - you spot typos, broken links, and misaligned graphics from a mile away. Someone who's reactive and agile - able to jump on a trend or turn around content at speed when needed. A collaborative team player who's as comfortable in a brainstorm as they are owning a deadline. Knowledge of social analytics tools and reporting.

Bonus Points If You:



Have worked in an agency environment previously. Are comfortable working directly with clients and handling feedback. Have an eye for short-form video and know what performs. Have experience in performance marketing or paid social (not essential).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,516.00-33,000.00 per year
