Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms. This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to ensure content aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a social media and content strategy aligned with brand goals.

Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.).

Produce engaging, high-quality content (copy, graphics, videos) tailored to each channel.

Producing directly or collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders for multimedia assets.

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build strong online communities.

Manage social listening and reputation monitoring.

Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting.

Oversee blog content strategy and ensure SEO best practices.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.

Assisting with generating new business

Attend meetings and events to promote A2L and its service - travel will be expected

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Gain solid knowledge of competitors to stay ahead of them

Create and enforce plans that will help meet the business need

Help promote and maintain a positive company image

Utilise the statistics, KPIs and SLAs to ensure delivery is meeting client expectations

Support the implementing strategies to boost business revenue

To produce communications and updates to all stakeholders and internal delivery teams that provides them with timely and relevant information

To coordinate feedback from clients and stakeholders, and relay to the appropriate senior manager or team leader for dissemination with the appropriate teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

o Promote collaborative working and support engagement across all parts of the organisation.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Extensive experience in representing organisation with stakeholders and a wide range of audiences

Extensive experience of being a positive role model for an organisation Previous experience of engaging with stakeholders

To have experience in collaborative working across an organisation

Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office software, database systems, marketing platforms

Desirable Criteria

3+ years in a similar role.

Experience in disability awareness or similar.

Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.

Additional Information

Full-time and part-time hours are available

Flexible Working Arrangements Available on Request (pending approval)

A basic DBS check is required. The cost of this will be covered by the organisation.
