Job Description
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, someone creative, outgoing, confident in front of a camera and create Good content for SEO too! You'll be responsible for our company across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and creating engaging, high-quality content that captures attention and grows our audience. You'll working closely with our operations manager to bring fresh ideas to life. This position is required to work three days a week in our Head Office in Watford.
Key Responsibilities
Be a confident on-camera personality and present regular live streams Create engaging video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more Keep up with social trends and apply them creatively content Edit videos and imagery Collaborate with the operations manager and wider team on campaigns Encourage team involvement in content creation Contribute original ideas regularly and help shape our social strategy Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating content across major social platforms Strong on-camera presence and live presenting skills Ability to spot and jump on relevant trends quickly Video editing skills (CapCut experience is a bonus) A fun, energetic, and playful personality A team player who's full of ideas and confident leading content initiatives Create high-quality, engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok Maintain a professional tone and style Collaborate with us to understand our brand voice and goals Experience with social media analytics to optimize post performance Proven track record in social media content creation Strong writing and content creation and communication skills Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram algorithms Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
