We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand's visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to analyse engagement metrics to inform strategies.

Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with our marketing goals. Create engaging and shareable content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives. Familiarity with public relations principles and practices is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through digital channels.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00 per hour
