We are looking for a creative and results-driven
Social Media Campaign Manager
to join our team. You will be responsible for driving the performance of our social channels and working closely with our Operations, Design, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Work towards agreed KPIs including follower growth, engagement rates, and pre-booked sales/revenue targets.
Continue to develop our video content led strategy, including the growth of our Tiktok Channels and our Instagram Reel library
Support and brief in tasks to our on the ground Social Media Content Creators, indicating trends and ensuring they are capturing quality content which aligns with our overall marketing strategies
Develop and execute tailored social media plans for venues as required, ensuring all content is professional, on-brand, and showcases each venue's unique selling points
Develop and execute a UGC and influencer/tastemaker led strategy for our portfolio of sites, ensuring we have content which extends beyond our own reach and opens us up to new audiences
Help manage and co-ordinate Meta paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram
Coordinate a consistent schedule of photography and videography using in-house resources; write briefs and attend shoot days to ensure quality output
Propose creative additions to events and content, "Instagram moments," and customer experiences to maintain a steady stream of fresh, engaging content
Support the Head of Digital Marketing with influencer and competition strategies, ensuring successful rollouts across venues.
The Person:
Essential Qualities:
A degree or HND in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential with relevant experience.
Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, current social media trends, and tools.
A keen eye for aesthetic and able to capture and create photos and videos which are clear, well lit, and of good quality.
Proven experience in managing Instagram and TikTok platforms, including best practices, scheduling tools, and editing software such as CapCut Pro and Canva
A keen eye for design and the ability to produce or direct the creation of high-quality photo and video content.
Confident with social media engagement and outreach, including commenting, DMs, and influencer collaboration.
