As Social Media & Content Executive, you'll take the lead in shaping and delivering engaging content across two luxury travel brands. From managing daily social activity to creating premium visuals and supporting email marketing, you'll play a vital role in amplifying brand presence and driving audience growth.
*Please note this job is a full time position on a 9 month fixed contract (maternity cover)

Lead and manage all social media activity across two luxury travel brands. From content planning, creation, and publishing to daily community engagement and growth.
Create high-quality marketing assets including graphics, videos, and email campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing team to maintain brand consistency across channels.
Monitor and analyse social and email campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights to optimise strategy and ensure content remains data-driven and effective.
Some examples of what you'll be doing
Content Planning & Scheduling -
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligned with each brand's tone of voice and marketing calendar.
Engagement -
Oversee daily interactions on both accounts, responding to comments and DMs with professionalism and brand sensitivity.
Email Marketing Support -
Manage and execute email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, ensuring they're visually compelling, well-targeted, and on-brand.
Asset Creation -
Design compelling graphics, edit video content, and deliver polished visuals for social, website, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency across both brands.
Performance Analysis -
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and social insights to inform strategy and optimise content.
Video Marketing -
Produce and edit short-form video content for social media and website use, using tools such as CapCut or Final Cut Pro. Capture and edit behind-the-scenes and vlog-style content featuring the team to bring the brands to life.
What we're looking for
A passion for skiing, the mountains and the luxury travel space
1-3 years' experience managing social media accounts, ideally within a premium or travel-related brand
Confident in scheduling and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Proficiency in Canva (or similar) and video editing software (CapCut, Final Cut Pro).Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
Analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance.
Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
A self-starter with creativity, initiative, and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
Nice to have- Experience with luxury brands, lifestyle, or travel is advantageous.
