SMM Executive

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Writer/Executive to join our dynamic team. You'll be the voice behind our brand across social platforms, crafting compelling content, driving engagement, and building meaningful connections with our audience. If you live and breathe social media trends, have a knack for storytelling, and know how to spark conversations online, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging content strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.) Write, edit, and publish high-quality posts, captions, and stories tailored to each channel Collaborate with design and video teams to produce multimedia content Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant Manage content calendars and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimise content accordingly Work closely with our marketing design team to align messaging and campaign.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in social media content creation or digital marketing Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of tone, voice, and storytelling Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and experimentation Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus

Qualifications

Portfolio or examples of previous social media work are highly desirable
