We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to join our marketing team. In this role you'll drive our social media presence, creating engaging content for both the hotel and F&B outlets using your extensive knowledge of the social media landscape.

You'll help shape our brand's storytelling with content creation and community management as well as supporting additional graphic design requirements.

What you'll do...

- Create engaging content for Instagram (including reels and stories) and create and schedule a compelling social media plan to provide consistent posts in line with our brand positioning and strategy.
- Manage community engagement and build our social community, including replying to comments and direct messages.
- Support paid and organic social campaigns and ensure all content reflects brand tone and visual identity.
- Analyse social media performance using relevant tools and provide regular reports.
- Support the marketing team with hotel & F&B events, activations and brand partnerships.
- Support planning and execution of community events in line with the overall commercial strategy
- Maintain a well-organised digital asset library and create brand collateral for the wider team and business needs.

What we are looking for...

- Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar role, managing social media accounts for a brand or agency, within a hospitality or premium brand is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable photography, videography and graphic design skills.
- Experience growing a brand on social media and creating engaging content (including stories and reels) targeted to specific audiences.
- Good knowledge of video editing platforms and Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media tone of voice and community management.
- Ability to identify and execute social media trends.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work to tight deadlines and work well as part of a team.
- Influencer marketing and brand partnerships experience is desirable but not essential.
