Job Overview

We're looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. This isn't just a behind-the-scenes role. We're after someone who is just as comfortable going live on TikTok and engaging with our audience in real time as they are crafting scroll-stopping content behind the scenes. You'll play a key part in growing our brand's voice and visibility across multiple platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

Create, plan, and schedule high-quality content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other key platforms. Develop and execute creative social campaigns that align with brand goals and seasonal priorities. Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future content and live strategies. Go live on TikTok regularly to promote products, answer questions, and build genuine community engagement. Monitor social trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve. Respond to comments and DMs to build relationships and manage our online reputation. Collaborate with in-house teams (creative, product, and marketing) to align messaging and strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
