Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and enhancing our brand's visibility across various platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Duties

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and feedback; respond promptly to user inquiries and comments. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting company news, events, and initiatives through social media channels.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for engaging audiences through digital content.
