Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals for all brands. Create engaging content tailored to each platform and brand, including text, images, and videos. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Experience



Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Familiarity with public relations principles and practices is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
