Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media. Assist in public relations efforts by crafting press releases and managing media relations as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or public relations is preferred. Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics is advantageous.
