We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our small personal injury legal practice to drive engagement across our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create compelling content tailored to each platform, including text, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to inquiries and comments.
Work closely with the firm's director and other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating outreach initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or communications role.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in using various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
The role is a part-time role starting at 2 days a week working from our office in Department Bonded Warehouse in Manchester. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.
