As a social media manager for Epic Social, you will deliver highly engaging campaigns for the portfolio of Epic Social's clients and channels. Working collaboratively with the clients, you will be given specific targets and must ensure that you achieve them.
Your responsibilities will be:
Understanding your accounts
Researching clients, both their businesses and industries
Creating original and engaging content
Creating and replying to interaction with online audiences
Working within timescales
Staying organised, using Asana, Email and spreadsheets
Innovating on each of your client's accounts, going that extra step
Monitoring statistics and progress
Community management
Platform management
Assist creative meetings
Continually achieving targets
Creating Strategy Plans for clients and Content Plans across the year
Writing engaging captions
Reporting directly to the senior account manager
Ability/Experience:
Understand the Digital Marketing landscape and how it all fits together.
Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat.
Be brilliant at writing original content.
Fluent in Google Suite.
Be easily contactable.
Committed to being/becoming an expert in social media

Be able to work off of your own initiative

Experience as a Social Media Manager.
Experience in other areas of Marketing.
Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or Online Media.
This position is full-time and you will be based in our office in Newcastle.
