Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative social media intern to join our practice on a part time basis, to help with the delivery of engaging digital content. This role is ideally suited to a local university student looking to gain practical experience in social media management, content creation and digital communication within a healthcare setting.

The successful applicant will work closely with one of our senior GP partners to help capture the human element of life in a busy, primary care environment.

Responsibilities

Create and develop content for social media platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook. Assist with video recording and editing for short-form content. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond appropriately. Support basic analytics tracking and reporting. Contribute ideas for new content, including video concepts and scripts.

Skills

Keen interest in social media. Ability to record videos using a smartphone. Creative, pro-active and confident in sharing ideas. Reliable and able to commute to our surgery in Hyde. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
