Duties
Assist in managing and scheduling posts across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Support the creation of engaging content such as images, videos, and written posts that align with brand messaging.
Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond professionally and promptly.
Help track and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and promotional strategies.
Support the organisation of online events or campaigns to increase brand visibility and community engagement.
Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
