Duties

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and target audience interests Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities, responding appropriately to foster community interaction Support the organisation of online campaigns and promotional events to enhance brand visibility Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements Collaborate with the marketing team to develop public relations initiatives that strengthen brand reputation Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and relevant

Qualifications.

Strong interest in social media management and digital communication strategies Familiarity with major social media platforms and content management tools is desirable Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and campaign success Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under supervision
