Role Overview:

The

Social Media Intern

will manage and support day-to-day social media activities for JJFIndia. The role focuses on content posting, audience engagement, coordination, and ensuring consistent two-way communication across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner Support content planning, scheduling, and basic copywriting Coordinate with internal teams for content and updates Assist in outreach, engagement, and follow-ups with NGOs and collaborators Track basic social media performance and engagement metrics Comfortable with phone-based communication and coordination

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and engagement practices Good verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi preferred) Creative, proactive, and well-organized Interest in social work, NGOs, or digital media Familiarity with tools like Canva is a plus
