Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our organisation's online presence across various platforms. We have three brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering positive relationships with our audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand identity and connect with our community through innovative digital strategies. Candidates should possess strong skills in public relations and social media management, with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals Outreaching influencers for free samples. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok . Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities Manage social media advertising campaigns to optimise reach and impact Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and media outlets Collaborate with marketing team Plan and help create content shoots Bring new ideas to help grow the business Editing Skills Required for Videos and Images Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation Help respond to customer messages including customer service.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences Experience using software editing tools such as canva, photoshop, and video editing tools Ability to analyse data insights from social media analytics tools Previous experience in developing creative content strategies is a must. A proactive attitude with organisational skills that enable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
