Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally. Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise content and maximise reach and engagement. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises swiftly and effectively. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital tools to keep our social media presence innovative.

Requirements



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences. Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms. Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling techniques. Knowledge of analytics tools to measure campaign success and derive actionable insights. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about digital communication and brand development who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
