Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels, including text, images, videos, and live updates
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and increase audience engagement
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises swiftly and diplomatically
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing tools
Assist in organising online campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand visibility
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
Experience analysing social media metrics using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
