Mother Hubbard's is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our online presence.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, film and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
Manage and grow social media pages consistently
Adapt content to reflect the actual stores, staff and brand personality
Develop content ideas, campaigns and trends that drive engagement and footfall
Analyse performance data and social media analytics to optimise content and campaigns
Act as a full marketing manager for the brand's digital presence
Requirements:
Must have own filming & editing equipment
Able to source/use actors
Strong understanding of social media trends and food content
Confident working independently and consistently
Own means of travel essential -- we have 90+ sites nationwide and open new locations every few weeks
Experience managing brand accounts preferred
This role requires creativity, consistency and a data-driven mindset across a growing national brand.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 1,500.00 per month
