Duties

- Take videos & pictures for us

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer feedback; respond promptly and professionally. Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and increase engagement rates. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices in public relations. Handle crisis communication or sensitive issues that may arise on social platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and their application in social media contexts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Ability to analyse data insights to inform strategic decisions. Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through digital channels. Previous experience in managing online communities is desirable but not essential.
