About Tribe Vintage
Tribe Vintage is a fast-growing vintage clothing brand specialising in premium Ralph Lauren and other high-quality vintage pieces from heritage brands. With a strong retail presence inside Superdry stores across the UK and a growing online community, we're looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand across all digital platforms.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will take full ownership of Tribe Vintage's content strategy, execution, and day-to-day online presence. This is a role for someone who is highly organised, plans ahead, works with focus, and can combine creativity with disciplined workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning:
Own and develop a monthly and quarterly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Plan campaigns in advance (product drops, in-store events, seasonal content, brand moments).
Analyse platform trends and propose strategies that align with brand direction.
Ensure content aligns with brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Content Creation:
Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
Capture aesthetic, on-brand photography & video showcasing product and store visuals.
Work with retail and warehouse teams to gather content efficiently (including travelling to concessions)
Maintain a consistent posting rhythm with high-quality output
- Execution & Platform Management:
Schedule and post content using a structured posting plan.
Respond to comments, engage with the community, and nurture audience growth.
Upload YouTube videos (long & short-form) and optimise for SEO.
Grow Pinterest presence with high-quality, brand-led pins.
- Brand Building & Growth:
Grow follower count and engagement across all platforms.
Build out the brand's storytelling around sustainability, circular fashion, and the uniqueness of vintage.
Assist with influencer and brand partnerships when relevant.
- Analytics & Reporting:
Track weekly and monthly performance metrics across platforms.
Provide insights, highlight trends, and propose improvements.
Use data to drive decision-making and refine content strategy.
Skills & Experience
- Essential:
Solid experience with social media channels and editing software (canva, capcut, etc)
Strong content creation skills (video editing, photography, short-form content).
Excellent organisation and time-management skills -- ability to plan ahead and stick to structured workflows.
Ability to focus deeply on tasks without distraction; comfortable managing priorities.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest best practices.
Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively with leadership.
Creative eye for aesthetics, trends, storytelling, and brand identity.
- Preferred:
Experience in fashion, retail, or vintage clothing.
Understanding of sustainable fashion or circular economy messaging.
