Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise content and improve engagement rates. Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach efforts. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation. Manage crisis communication on social media channels when necessary, maintaining a positive organisational image.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong knowledge of public relations principles and how they apply within social media contexts. Demonstrable ability to develop engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency.
