We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and engage our communities across multiple sites.
About the Role
You will be the voice behind our social platforms, creating engaging, high-quality content that showcases our food, venues, people, and events. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves hospitality and understands how to create content that drives reach, engagement, and footfall.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver monthly content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
Capture high-quality photos and videos on-site at our venues.
Create engaging posts, Reels, TikToks and stories tailored to each location.
Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent online presence.
Respond to comments, messages and reviews to support community engagement.
Track performance, analyse insights, and adjust content based on results.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
Work closely with venue teams to ensure brand consistency.
Identify trends and create relevant content quickly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Follower growth of 5-10% per month across all platforms.
Month-on-month engagement improvements (targeting 10% uplift in the first quarter).
Minimum of 3 posts per day per venue (mix of photos, Reels and stories).
At least 3 Reels/TikToks per week reaching 5,000+ views.
All comments and messages responded to within 24 hours.
Measurable uplift in bookings or footfall during campaigns.
Monthly analytics reports delivered with recommendations.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in social media management (hospitality experience ideal).
Strong understanding of how to create content that drives views and engagement.
Confident photography and videography skills.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
Ability to manage a high content volume across multiple venues.
Creative, proactive, organised, and data-driven.
