You will be the voice of Gardeners Dream across all organic social platforms, responsible for nurturing our community of followers and driving brand awareness through beautiful, educational, and engaging content.

Our ideal candidate will bring non stop creative ideas and a strong drive to create filming locations both on and off site. A genuine passion for gardening or plants is not essential, just a keen interest in the topic and willingness to learn in order to produce in depth content that gardeners of all skill levels will love.

There will be plenty of support from the wider marketing team & leadership team to help you settle into the role. All paid activity will be handled by other team members, this role is purely focused on organic growth & community engagement.

Develop and implement a social media roadmap that aligns with our seasonal horticultural calendar.

Content Creation:

Produce high-quality, thumb-stopping content including Reels, TikToks, and photography. You'll be comfortable "getting your hands dirty" in the garden to film tutorials or showcase new arrivals.

Community Engagement:

Foster a positive, helpful community by responding to comments, sharing user-generated content, and answering gardening queries.

Influencer Partnerships:

Jointly manage existing relationships and identify new gardening influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations.

Reporting:

Track KPIs and provide monthly reports on engagement, growth, and creative performance

Requirements

Experience:

2+ years in social media management, ideally within e-commerce or the lifestyle/outdoor sector.
