Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing real estate firm with several branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth across all branches. This role requires exceptional creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple branches while being flexible to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve the company's marketing and business objectives across all branches.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Community Management:

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to foster meaningful connections and relationships.

Brand Management:

Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media channels, ensuring that messaging and visuals align with our company values and objectives.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key social media metrics and performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports to management.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with branch managers and other team members to gather content, share best practices, and ensure alignment of social media efforts across all branches.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media platforms to inform strategy and stay ahead of the curve.

Support:

Provide support to branch staff on social media best practices, tools, and techniques to empower them to contribute to the firm's social media efforts.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to travel between branches as needed and coordinate effectively with multiple teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-driven with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
