Social Media Manager

to lead our digital presence and enhance our brand visibility across various platforms. Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning. Manage social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Advertising to optimize reach and ROI. Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools to enhance content appeal. Schedule posts efficiently using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer (application), maintaining a consistent posting calendar. Analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies. Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability and search engine rankings. Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster positive relationships and manage public relations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure cohesive branding efforts. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, digital marketing techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications



Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and e-commerce integration. Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across visual content. Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is highly desirable. Knowledge of public relations strategies within digital platforms to enhance brand reputation. Exceptional written communication skills with keen proofreading abilities. Ability to analyze data insights to optimize content performance effectively. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation including photography and video production. Strong relationship management skills to engage audiences authentically across diverse demographics. This role is integral in shaping our online presence through strategic content creation, data-driven decision making, and engaging storytelling that resonates with our target audience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-49,830.11 per year
