Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally. Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach. Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or issues in a timely manner. Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media platforms. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity. Ability to analyse data and generate insights to improve engagement strategies. Organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is desirable. A proactive attitude with a passion for digital trends and brand storytelling.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 23,822.68-25,489.33 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
