We are now seeking a talented

Social Media & Marketing Manager

to strengthen our global brand positioning and lead our digital communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and oversee engaging social media content plans across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Produce compelling, brand-aligned copy and high-quality visual materials. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Coordinate website content updates and communicate brand news, events, and recognitions. Prepare and distribute newsletters and digital marketing materials. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting key KPIs. Liaise with external collaborators, including photographers, designers, and media partners.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within the

wine, food, or hospitality

sectors.

Excellent command of written and spoken

English

Italian

knowledge is a plus. Strong creative and strategic thinking with a passion for storytelling. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning. Familiarity with tools such as

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp

, or similar platforms. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and confident in managing KPIs and budgets. Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
