Social Media Manager
to enhance our digital presence and manage social media campaigns for both our company and our valued clients.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social media strategies to grow our in-house brand as well as managing social media accounts for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company and client goals.
Manage, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster audience relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
Experience with paid social advertising (desirable).
