Job Description

We are seeking a creative, fashion-forward Social Media Manager to grow Sakuranna across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will lead content creation, develop our online voice and aesthetic and help build a thriving community.

This role also includes a small operational element, supporting our London-based pop-up, community events and occasional brand trips in Europe. If you love fashion, content creation and real-world brand experiences, this role is a perfect blend.

Candidate must be able to commute to London once a week for content days, meetings, and pop-up/event.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

Create, edit, and publish high-quality Reels, TikToks, stories and posts Build weekly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. Plan, schedule, and publish all content--ensuring consistency and momentum Create full launch content strategies for every drop (teasers, countdowns, try-ons, behind-the-scenes, UGC, influencer push, post-launch retention). Propose new social series, storytelling angles and creative formats. Maintain a cohesive aesthetic that reflects Sakuranna's identity. Capture behind-the-scenes content during fittings, shoots, events and pop-ups.
Trend Research & Creative Direction

Identify trending audios, visual styles, and fashion-focused content ideas. Pitch new concepts for storytelling
Operational Support (10-20%)

Assist at our London pop-up in june 2026 Support community events, workshops, meet-ups and pop-up activations. Join selected brand trips across Europe (fashion fairs, influencer trips, content trips).
Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles - at least 3 years Strong experience filming and editing short-form video content A natural affinity for fashion, trends and aesthetics. Confident on camera and comfortable shooting content with models or customers Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks. Must be able to commute to London once a week for content days, meetings, and pop-up/event
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 17,000.00-20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week
