We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can create
engaging content
for our aesthetics clinic and manage our Instagram + TikTok pages daily.
This role is hands-on and content-focused. You will be responsible for
filming videos, creating story content, editing videos ,Reels/TikToks, posting consistently, and keeping our page active and engaging
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (Filming & Editing)
Film treatment videos, behind-the-scenes footage, client transformations, and clinic lifestyle content.
Content Planning & Strategy
Create a weekly and monthly content plan.
Decide what content needs to be filmed each week.
Keep track of trends and incorporate them into the clinic's page.
Organise content folders for easy access (before/after, treatments, reels, etc.).
Plan story sequences to keep clients engaged daily.
Social Media Management
Post consistently (feed posts, reels, stories).
Maintain daily activity on stories.
Write captions using our brand tone (luxury, professional, friendly).
Schedule content in advance when needed.
Maintain a clean, luxury, aesthetic look across the page.
Engagement & Community Management
Reply to comments in a professional tone.
Monitor engagement and respond appropriately.
Increase visibility using trending audio, hashtags, and high-quality content.
Encourage audience interaction through story polls, questions, and updates.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance of posts, reels, and stories.
Identify what content performs best and adjust strategy.
Give monthly performance updates (growth, engagement, best posts).
Brand Consistency
Maintain the clinic's luxury, clean, and professional aesthetic.
Ensure every post aligns with the brand style and messaging.
Protect client confidentiality and follow clinic media rules.
Edit videos into high-quality Reels & TikToks (transitions, text overlays, trending audio).
Produce clear, engaging story content every clinic day (videos, boomerangs, before/after, polls, Q&A, educational slides, announcements).
Create aesthetic graphics when needed (aftercare slides, price updates, promotions).
Requirements
Strong experience in social media content creation (Instagram & TikTok).
Excellent filming skills -- confident filming treatments and BTS content.
Strong editing ability (CapCut / InShot / Premiere).
Good understanding of aesthetic / beauty clinic content styles.
Ability to create content similar to Galore Medical's quality and vibe.
Ability to work independently and manage all social media tasks.
Highly organised with strong time management.
Creative eye for angles, lighting, visuals, and storytelling.
Must be reliable and consistent posting and story updates daily when needed.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
Graphic design skills for story slides.
Photography skills.
Knowledge of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 14.00-17.00 per hour
