Be the voice behind our online presence, overseeing everything from Insta Reels to our content and marketing strategy.
This role is hybrid . The candidate will not be expected to be on site during the execution of some events.
Duties
Develop and execute our social media strategy across our platforms
Lead on the evolution of our brand identity and events marketing
Manage our content calendar
Work closely with our graphic designer to produce platform-specific, high-quality content
Capture live event moments and coordinate content coverage with the wider team
Respond and participate in trends relevant to our voice and tone
Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to drive growth and engagement
Reply to comments/DMs and support organic engagement
Collaborate with the wider team on broader projects and goals
Requirements
Based in London and deeply connected to nightlife, creative arts & culture, and invested in internet trends
2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in events, hospitality, or creative culture
Strong copywriting skills that align with our voice and values
Confident managing & working with others (design/content interns)
Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Meta Suite, and optionally Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable working onsite for content capture for occasional evenings/weekends
Organised, self-directed, and passionate about building online community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
